During Q3 2022, the top food delivery apps on iOS in Nigeria showed varied performance in weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the trends:

Jumia Food - Food delivery saw a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 3K at the beginning of the quarter and decreasing to approximately 2.5K by the end. Active users fluctuated slightly but remained relatively stable, hovering around the 22K mark throughout the quarter.

Glovo: Food Delivery and more experienced a positive trend in weekly downloads. Starting at 1.3K, downloads peaked at 2.4K by the end of September. Active users also increased, rising from 5.4K to 6.8K over the same period.

Bolt Food had a mixed performance. Weekly downloads dropped from 3.1K to 1.2K mid-quarter, before stabilizing around 1.3K. Active users exhibited an upward trend, increasing from 7.9K at the start of the quarter to 7.2K by the end.
